Greenway

Architecturally designed by Turco & Associates with interior design by Archertec, the project team has designed Limani Greenway to have flexible private and public open spaces that beautifully encapsulate the waterfront location.

With a street frontage to Cynthea Teague Crescent and large courtyards and open space facing Lake Tuggeranong,
Groundbite enabled a contextually appropriate landscape response.

 

Aquila Residences, 
Moncrieff, ACT

Groundbite partnered with Turco and Associates and Living Design Projects to deliver, a standout development of six boutique luxury villas.

Elevated within the suburb of Moncrieff in Canberra's north, in a quiet street and directly across from the Moncrieff Recreation Park, Groundbite
cleverly appropriated the private exterior spaces as well as the exterior landscape.

 

Cannell Residence, Kambah ACT

Located within the leafy suburb of Kambah, ACT, the high-end residential project involved the reshaping of the existing, sloping topography to facilitate a swimming pool and an accompanying, fully equipped pool house facility.

 

The space was designed on the premise of quality, maintainability, durability, safety, and aesthetics.

 

The design caters to all ages and proved sympathetic to the existing property's design form and character.

Synergy Apartments, Turner ACT
 

Groundbite  was approached by the Synergy Apartments Executive Committee to deliver a design solution to enhance the landscape frontage of the prestigious multi-unit residential complex.

 

The integrated approach responded to a wide range of stakeholders whilst abiding by the stringent planning codes relevant to the precinct's planning parameters. 

 

The design provides an enhanced street frontage and provides maximum privacy to the ground floor units.

Eldering Holiday Residence,
Potato Point, NSW
Groundbite, in conjunction with local architects, produced a simplistic, functional design response to a holiday home in the coastal town of Potato Point, NSW.
 
The design scope consisted of a front entry courtyard, a fire pit gathering space, chessboard feature pavement, green walls, and strategic, sensory planting.
 
Budget $50K. Project delivery: 2 months.
